Our guests stay in one of our charming, reformed Moorish houses in the delightful mountain village of Torrox, situated east of Malaga and enjoy all the comfort of modern conveniences in a pleasant traditional setting.
"House was superb and in a pleasant location. The facilities were generous for two people. It was clean and nicely appointed." Cindy Dubble, September 2010
"Very good accommodation and a great ‘landlord’."Chris Fuller, May 2010
"We did find the accommodation most satisfactory; we settled in very quickly...” Barbara & Dudley Stafford, May 2010
“The accommodation was very nice ....” Jenny Hurst, April 2010
These old Spanish houses have been beautifully restored. The houses are well equipped with all modern conveniences, including washing machine, fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryers and showers. Most have English TV/DVD. All the houses have terraces with wonderful views over the village, the mountains in the background or the sea. We are within eight minutes drive of the beach to which a regular bus service operates. The village also has a really lovely square with a range of bars and restaurants. The surrounding countryside is a paradise for walkers.
Please note that the village is hilly with many steps so that, if you have mobility problems, it might not be suitable for you. However, we can offer accommodation in the Hotel Al Andaluz which is very accessible. For this there is an additional £140 (single occupation) or £110 (based on two people sharing). Please ask for more details.
PLEASE NOTE - ALL OUR HOUSES ARE NON-SMOKING HOUSES.
"The accommodation was excellent. We find staying in a comfortable village house with 'all mod cons' far preferable to the small hotels we've stayed in on alternative walking holidays." Alan Brown, April 08
"Loved staying in the house, just fab, totally suits me and gives room for people to relax and find their own space yet have company and shared space if they wish. It made it very personal which I think reflects the whole idea of Walk Andalucia. Very clean, well appointed, with everything there and more than we could wish for. Superb" Sue Parmee March 08
